Jarod brings to Saffron Campaign Management a rare combination of analytical rigor, field experience, and organizational leadership to every campaign he touches.

 

Larry Shiller

Larry Shiller founded Saffron Campaign Management to give candidates a professional partner who brings clarity to the chaos of a campaign. His political journey began in 1972, when he campaigned for George McGovern in Massachusetts (the only state he won), sparking a lifelong commitment to public service and strategic thinking.

With degrees from MIT and Harvard Business School, Larry built a career turning complex information into simple, actionable strategies, which he brings to every race Saffron supports. His background in data-driven analysis taught him how to see patterns others miss and to guide leaders with patience and purpose. Whether refining a message or mapping a voter landscape, Larry makes the path to getting elected clear and manageable.

For Larry, Saffron is more than a consulting firm: It’s his way to help good people step into public service with clarity, purpose, and a partner who genuinely cares about their success, making the world a better place than it is now.
