Candidates have questions. We have answers. These are the most commonly asked questions:
What we don’t do
- We don’t file any compliance, regulatory, financial, or legal paperwork for you, except to hook up your bank account to receive payments from the website. WE ARE NOT A FIDUCIARY.
- We don’t endorse you; we are strictly a vendor.
- We don’t make any guarantees beyond doing what we said we’d do. If you don’t win, that’s not on us.
- We don’t refund money. We do the work you contracted for, and we get paid for it. We don’t over-promise and under-deliver and we also don't under-promise and over-deliver: we promise and deliver.
- We don’t take a “cookie-cutter” approach: All services and products are custom-designed for you and your campaign; they are bespoke.
- We don’t negotiate our prices. If you cannot afford our services we understand but we cannot make that our problem: We are very good at what we do and every candidate receives individual attention and excellent value.
- We don’t permit you to use our work products for any other purpose except on your campaign(s) for this office. We retain copyright to all our work products and provide you with a license to use our work products only for the office for which you are running. You are not allowed to give or sell our work products to anyone for any reason. This is how we stay in business.
How do you price your services?
- We meet with you to understand your needs and budget
- We figure out what it means and what it takes to be successful
- We provide you with options and competitive, value-based pricing
Other things to know
- We only work with one candidate per race
- We keep confidential anything you tell us that is not public, and after our engagement is over, we don't keep anything at all
- We let other candidates know that we worked on your campaign, including but not limited to having our name and logo appear in the footer on your website
- We provide a free 25-minute consultation for potential new clients

Q: What if I need a campaign service not shown?
A: Ask us. We'll let you know whether it's a good idea, whether we can deliver excellence at a price you can afford, and whether we have the bandwidth.
Q: Can we hire you as a consultant, without purchasing any specific service?
A: That's depending on our availability; our top priority is taking care of candidates who have purchased our service offerings.
Q: Will you work with candidates from any political party?
A: What matters to us is values alignment. We only work with candidates who share our core values of respect for ourselves, others, and the truth as honestly and objectively as we can.
Q: What makes you qualified to do this?
A: Our staff and advisors have proven experience running successful campaigns for a variety of public offices, keep up with the latest technological advances, and are a pleasure to work with.
